HI,

I was aksed for a new police certificate on May 5th and CIC received it on may 16th along with the translation.
All else is done (medicals, RPRF).
How much do you think I should wait for an answer from CIC?
I am not willing to send emails with questions for confirmations, shall I?

No, wait for communication from CIC. You already know they've received the PCC and rest on your side
is completed. It's now up to CIC to make a decision. Keep the communication to a minimum unless CIC
asks for documents etc.

toby,
the question was about the timeframe approx. for their move.

I know, but no one will be able to tell you that. Sometimes it takes a day, sometimes weeks and in other
cases applicants wait for months to hear back from CIC.
If you follow other threads as well, then you know that there's still applicants from April 2013 waiting for
the approval of their application.

You can land any time before 17/04/15 which I suppose will be expiry date on your single entry Visa. You current Visa wont be valid once you are issued COPR and single entry visa.
