In my case even Medical received is also not reflected on ECASE.
And I am still waiting for my wife's medical request

not sure what is going on. I have already sent email to CIC twice asking for MR. My wife is not even in Canada so she cant do upfront medical. Doctor's are not doing upfront medical is India

someone Please advice what should I do?

Whr did u apply your PR ?? out side CANADA? in this case you will not see the "Medicals recieved" Status until and unless the Decision is made. (This is only for th applicants whos applied thr PR out side CANADA)

my passport reached on 20th. Expecting to get it next week.

The same thing happened to me. They asked me for MR on May 7 ( and they didn't even ask for anything from my spouse side). Earlier this week, they sent me the medicals for my wife.

You will get it soon.

Was there any medical done within last 15 months for your spouse?
Also, did you email them for anything to get MR?
I am not sure what I can do except waiting

Yes....My spouse did medical 14 months ago.
I didn't email them but when they sent my spouses medical, they mentioned that they initially thought that no medical is needed. However, they finally decided that a MR should be requested

PPR has been really slow these days. Hopefully we will get a batch soon.

finally ecas changed to medical received, 3 weeks after the medical done and 2 weeks after medical uploaded.
Hopefully, PPR is on the way, tonight??
