Well that's quick :) Congrats!

Thanks Toby... Wish you all the best for your COPR..

Congrats Toby on your ECAS update.

So, I checked my ECAS just now, it says 'in process' when clicked on the link it says we started processing your application on April 25th 2014.

Haven't received MR yet.
Hope this is normal to have ECAS updated to 'in process' before the actual MR email...
Glad that buck is moving :-)

Dr. Stephen Kwok in Richmond. They told me it usually takes 3-4 business days for them to gather the results from the labs and upload them to emedicals. But each doctors are different. Where are u doing yours?

Actually I am hoping for MR in next 1-2 weeks but problem is I am going for 3 weeks Vacation to India in 2 week of may ...

So not sure should i do upfront medical now ,or wait for MR and then try to do it in India ...

As i dont want to be in scenario if doctor wants some additional tests ,and i am not in the country ....

So just weighing my options ....

I will recommend to get your medicals done upfront. It will be delayed from India though many of my friends did it from Delhi/Mumbai. I think there are only 2 general tests.

I checked my ECAS status is "In Progress". Received MR as well and booked appointment but PR officer is not responding if they accepted my explanation and now PCC is not required from SA or I have to get it done. Getting PCC from South Africa is a big pain.
