Do you know what does the attachment contains? And do I have to have that attachment printed to get medical done? Any idea?

Application specifying Medical received.. Did upfront medical on 15th Feb 2014..

Application submit date 15 Oct 2013.

they attach Medical examination request from.
you name,application number,client ID number, your birth of date,your address and type of medical bacode.
and you have to print it out for present to the doctor.

Ya, not sure why it happens more often these days. And with two different email providers. I know that
yahoo servers are having some weird issues, but a September applicant who also got an empty email
is using Gmail.
