put jobs, universities, field of studies, titles at work, periods of unemployment.
I don't think esl is a thing to put in here. it's pretty much like singing at the church chorus.
basically, put your main activity which is usually one out of three: work, study, unemployment with details.

So can I use unemployment instead of taking ESL as I didn't work at that time? Cuz I was international student.

Ø Client Information: Receipt of information from client provide your residency history for the last 6 months from the date of this letter. This must be received at this office by: **DTAE**

What does it generally mean in terms of processing phase (eligibility passed?)
How to reply to this? It's not clear whether I should simply reply to this email, or sent something by regular mail. And what documents should I sent in prove of my words (rent contract enough)?

Please check you work permit, there will be Client Id which need to be mentioned when you fill form IMM0008ENU_2D. This is referred as UCI or Client id. If there is any dependent then you need to check for them. Please provide these details to CIC. You need to send photocopy for your and dependants work permit.

Sorry, I didn't make at clear. I replaced my actual UCI with **UCI**, to keep my private info.

Of course I submitted the form you mentioned when I applied back in october 2013.


Now they ask me to provide my residency history. So my question is: Should I just write free form where I've been living? or is there any specific form? should attach rent contract? should I send it by email or by regular mail?
