How long does it take for the application to be acknowledged?

Toronto follows a fairly predictable pattern: 7–10 days for acknowledgment, 20–22 days (about three weeks) for the status to change to "Granted", and another 7–10 days for the certificate to reach BLS. Based on that timeline, hopefully sometime this week.

yes, it does show "Granted".

Applied for OCI (Toronto) on April 23, acknowledged on April 28. It’s now been in "Under Progress" status for over 22 days. Should I be concerned at this point? Anyone else in the same boat?

I applied on 20th May still showing this with under process, not sure if its glitch or something

It's not a glitch. The status is going to be the same until a decision is made on your application. My account is also showing the same, applied on March 28th in person in Vancouver.
