we know that we can search using reference number/application number in purolator website. When oci is despatched will that tracking number also be tagged/referred to application number?

3rd June - OCI Application status - Under Process
27th-June - Documents Printing Status PROCESSED
27th-June - Dispatched From MEA (OCI ) NEW DELHI
27th-June - Document received At TORONTO

If I understand your point correctly, once they dispatch on the BLS Website right under the application status they have a comment section. This number is the tracking number on Purolator site.

No sometimes BLS does not update the status in their portal but people get the OCI courier. In that situation you can search purolator tracking with application tracking number provided by BLS (Beginning in CAN). Iam asking about that part. If courier is used multiple times in a application process is the reference/application number always tagged to courier?

I think printing is done only at local consulate office. I have noted that Dispatched and received updated during same time (within few hours at max).
