It means its being collected from Consulate to BLS. I had asked they said its in transit. Normally in 1-2 days it will be ready for collection.

Was your status “Passport ready for dispatched” before changing to “Dispatched via purolator”, since mine is “Passport ready for dispatched” for last 2 days and it has the purolator tracking # in comments and BLS confirmed today that it has been dispatched.

For my Visa and surrender certificate both, BLS status says "ready for dispatch"

Depends on what your location is ?

If Toronto/Brampton...then go to Brampton if possible.

I think walkin line starts by 6 or 7 am. You can also try checking the appointment website. But thats a whole day task coz sometimes someone cancels and its booked by someone else very fast. But you got to keep checking frequently during the day.
