I submitted my newborn OCI application today taking premium lounge service. BLS said they are doubtful about photo as my child opened her mouth in the photo. I didn't take her to BLS as it would be such an inconvenience for her. They submitted the application anyhow and told he I might need to resubmit a new photo if it doesn't get accepted.

Will the photo be accepted for a 1 month old baby if mouth is open? Her eyes are open and face is straight and everything else is good. You know, newborn tend to open their mouth all the time so I hope consulate considers this.

Not sure but may be you need another photo. My photographer told me that eyes should be open and mouth should be closed.

How do I resubmit photo if they reject it? The lady at BLS said I can mail in digital copy of I heard it right?!
