Try landing Papers like Work Permit or other copies + Premium Lounge (great remedy for every pain). Basically, e-COPR and PR Card together - does provide the valid status and immigration related update. Unsure what the missing link is, try chronologically explaining status with all Work Permit or Landing Papers/ Study Permit copies you have
loved the part about - great remedy for every pain.... lol

Mine printed on 15th July but no update on bls
Mine was printed on July 9 and received at BLS on 18. Received yesterday. You should probably get within this week or early next week.
Good luck!

OCI website was only updated today. Keep tracking BLS for updates to see if they received it.

Here is the timeline for my kid's:
premium lounge.
Application Submitted BLS Brampton: 2nd June 2025

BLS tracker:
Status Processing at consulate general from 3rd June 2025
Status incomplete/incorrect data on 10th June 2025

follow up on my son's Minor OCI application

-No Email or Phone call from BLS

After the original photo was rejected by the Consulate General of India in Toronto, a new photo was submitted in person at the BLS Office on 13th June 2025 between 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM.
Since then, there has been no progress. The BLS tracking status still shows "Incomplete/Incorrect Data" as of 30th June 2025. Despite multiple attempts to contact BLS via email and phone, I have not received any helpful response.
When I called, I was told that the consulate had rejected the photo. However, even after resubmitting the new photo, I was given vague reasons for the delay, such as the Premium Lounge staff being on vacation. It appears that no one at BLS has taken any action on the file since 13th June.

Thanks for all help. I am just so tired of this whole process now. First time when I was about to submit then they had these new Voter Id cancellation process, which took almost 4-5 months ( very long process due to stupid babus). When those things sorted out they have this new COPR requirement, even though I had done everything legally ( first student, then work permit, then PNP and PR), they have this new requirement, going to take another 2-3 weeks time for no reason. Lets see

Is it for every applicant now on or is it case by case basis? Try escalation matrix if that works: https://www.blsindia-canada.com/toronto-jurisdiction/escalation-matrix.php . Also try contacting the Embassy directly: https://www.cgitoronto.gov.in/page/contact-us/ . They generally respond when send as "Urgent Request" in Email Subject/ header with pertinent information. Also, you can raise a Query wherein they do respond: https://sampark.cgitoronto.gov.in/enquiry.php?sid=4

Thanks , I’ll call them tomorrow,I think it’s just a new requirement for everyone who got their PR During COVID TIME, because I got PR during Covid time , they just changed the format of copr, which doesn’t have status of me ( student ) at the time of entry in Canada. One of the member gave me suggestion to submit my study permit and work permit and pnp invitation, let’s see. I think they have this new step to ensure people didn’t apply for asylum before getting citizenship. I can understand indian government concern but it’s unfair for people like us who have done everything legally.
