OCI || Only valid PDF File can be uploaded Error

Hi,

While uploading documents for OCI, I am continuously getting error 'Only valid PDF File can be uploaded'. I checked multiple time that its a valid well formatted PDF document within required size range.

Please advice if anybody has faced this issue before and resolution for same.
