You can apply for the "Good Conduct Certificate" on the Dubai Police webpage OR their application on Android or iPhone.
On the application you will have to fill in some personal details and upload a copy of your Emirates ID and Passport with UAE Visa page.
After two days time, you have to go to the Main Police Office in "Al Qusais" with your original ID and they will hand it over to you.
The charges are 120Dhs (Approx $35). You have to pay by credit card or E-Dirham.
The validity on the GCC is written as 3 months. However, CIC assumes that they are valid for a year, and in some instances may ask for one more during the course of processing you application.
