Obtaining Qatar Police Certificate procedure!

Hello,

Iam new to this forum, so pls spare me if i do not follow any kind of procedure to intro myself. Iam yet another immigration aspirant wanting to venture my future into the country.

I used to work in Qatar 7 years back (for a period of 2.5 yrs), now i live and work in a different country. When i refer to CIC website, it say i can approach the local Qatari Embassy in the country. When i met them this morning, they claim to have stopped the process of issuing here and asked me to travel to Qatar and apply in person OR apply online (i could not find an option online). This does not sound logical. I would like to know if anyone has recently obtained Qatar PCC. Please help me with the procedure?

as far as I could remember reading somewhere, that the police cert is only required from the countries you have lived more than 6 months during the last 5 years period.

Hi,

As per CIC website, "You must obtain a police certificate from each country or territory where you have lived for six consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18."

That makes it inclusive to get QR PCC also.

Please advise.
