Oath Timeline after test at St. Clair Office

Hi folks ,
I had test on Feb 10. I called CIC yesterday , and no update since Feb 10 .
I feel like CIC is on a very slow phase ... We had only one oath letter for those who took test on Feb 4 , one for Feb 11 and one for Feb 14.
There are still people from Feb 3 , 4, 5, 7, , 10 , 11 , 12 who did not receive oath letters.
early this month , we saw people from Jan 27 , 28 , 29 , 30 , and 31 got oath on daily basis .
However, since March 7, CIC did not issue oath letters as it used to.
But I m sure , they will start issuing letters soon , and we all get something this week or next week.
I also heard about so called "absence & data analysis operational unit " , and there are trained officers who conduct full analysis of the RQ before it gets forwarded to the judge .
* NOT all RQs go to the mentioned unit . Only those files in which require more depth analysis.
Many March test takers been told that their RQs needs further assessment at the time of test& interview. I read this on another forum under " TEST EXPERIENCE FOR PRE RQ @ ST CLAIRE
