Hi askj, congrats, I have almost the same time line as you. I am RQ, an I passed my test on the 13th of February at St. Clair office. I hope my Oath letter will arrive soon :) :) :)

Mine is test was feb 07th. Checked online... no change yet.

Are all the ones receiving originally from Scarb. then transferred to St. Clair?

Just now I call CIC and the agent was very polite, but unfortunately I am not scheduled for the Oath :( :(

my application was initially processed in scarborough and then transferred to St. Claire. I wrote the test at St. Claire and am expecting the oath date from Scarborough by April 2014.

I finally could talk to agent today morning. I told him that I passed my test on 14th feb. He checked my file and then said my test result is not uploaded yet and they don't have my result. Now I am more scared!!

Horizon Don't worry i believe as soon as our results are uploaded Scarborough will send us the invitation for Oath.

same thing for me, test results are still not uploaded. they keep saying standard messages like non routine applications take up to 35 months.
