Hi guys
I called CIC and I was told my file has been sent to Scarborough for ceremony .(I was one of those people whose file was sent back for more review)

Your timeline please

I've called to CIC today and the agent told me that today my file has been transferred St. Clair to Scarborough.
No info about whether or not judge's desicion had been made.
Does it mean that most likely that my case had been approved?
I've passed the test 11 months ago.
--------------------------------------------------------------
Application Received: 13-June 2012
Processing started: 22-Nov 2012
RQ sent back: 15-Jan 2013
Citizenship test: 20-February 2014 @ St Clair
Local Office: Scarborough
Oath: Soon

In most of the cases, the files are transferred to Scarborough location only after the files are approved. Normally it takes between 30 - 90 days to get oath invitation. Wish you all the best.

I am in the same situation but I applied in 2011. A few days ago I received a letter from CIC from an Officer requesting additional informaton (CIT0520), so I am hoping that that I will be scheduled for oath very soon.

Timeline:
Application: April 2012
Test and RQ: March 2013

Nothing since then.

What is the nature of the additional information they asked for? was it included in your response to the original RQ?

They asked for the following:

1. A copy of my current and old passports (all pages and in color).
2. Paystubs and/or ROEs (Records of Employment).
3. Leases
4. CRA Tax Assessments
5. A Letter explaining my previous status in the U.S (I had a work VISA).
6. CBSA Report by signing a form that allows them to request that information.
7. Health Claims history.

90% of the above were already submitted in the 1st RQ back in 2012 but I guess this time the file has been assigned to an officer.

This is weird. Why'd they ask for these documents again? Did you ask why?

I have no idea, maybe they lost the original RQ :)

@ vinaypuri, @ Canadiandesi2006 Thank you!

While you wait for the Oath invitation, you can still request the ATIP and call the CIC Call Center to get an update. As some of the agents are quite helpful and provide more details than others.

Thx, @Canadiandesi2006, I've been requesting ATIPs every month for the last half year. I'll keep requesting and keep calling to CIC
