Oath reschedule-Speed up the process

Any one has tricks to speed up the oath reschedule? My brother postponed due to out of country trip. Its been 2+Months without any update.
He sent mails, calls to MP and IRCC. Nothing worked. Standard answer " we will let you know when your turn comes".
Wonder if you guys have any tricks?

Please tell me which office you applied in ? and when did you receive your AOR ? Then I can help you analyze

you got your Aor in 2022,it would take longer to get rescheduled
