Oath Ceremony Date assigned is not in CIC website list

I just check in ECAS for any update today.
I got a notice to appear and take an Oath on September 9, 2014 at 10.30 A.M.
My local Office is Scarborough Center.
I still donot get the pink letter by mail which is sent out on August 26, 2014.
I checked with CIC website for Oath Ceremony at Scarbobough for September 9, 2014, but no ceremony on that date.

Is it possible that I will be assigned Oath Ceremony at difference location?

I was in the same boat. It took me 2 weeks to get the letter from the date of issue, and there was a delay in seeing the date on the ceremonies website.

DOnt worry, wait for a few days, you will see both....

Can you please let me know when did you pass your citizenship test? After how long time did you receive the invitation to take the oath?

My timeline is

Recieved in 19 october 2013
In process in december 2013
Test date on march 3, 2014 at scaborugh center and pass 20/20.
Rq after test(cit 071) return document JUne 16, 2014
Notice to appear and take oath letter mailed August 26, 2014 to take oath on september 9, 2014 at 10.30 a.m.(check from ecas. Still donot get mail)

I check in cic website for citizen ceremony. No update for citizen ceremony on september 9, 2014 at scarborough center.

Is it possible that i will take oath at other location like Mississaga which has ceremony on september 9, 2014?

Just want to make sure that no other process before take oath? This means every thing is done?

If in doubt, you can call the call-centre. Just explain that you haven't received the notice yet, but would like to know the location in order to arrange for transportation.
They answered that for me, when I had the same question about my test.

My case is like yours but at Vancouver office. The letter is not received although being sent out on 25th, and the online status lists a time that is not available for oath on the CIC website
