1. work reference letter - can it be from the HR / admin and not supervisor?
2. police record - is a request from CIC needed to obtain this?
3. payment - what does CANADIAN FUNDS mean? cant we just pay by visa / mastercard?

Can anyone tell how many active members have posted threads/queries recently. As just wanted to guess the total recent active numbers on this forum, and if they are more then, we can assume there would be more than double who have already done Evrything without joining this forum. So do your blind guesses on that 5000 mark, WHEN IT'LL DISAPPEAR ?????

hahaha.....that's good thought process to calculate your competition. But, I'm assuming that there are atleast 100 times more people who are applying than on this forum. I spoke to couple of more ppl in India who are applying and they have no clue what this forum is all about 8)

I would agree with you Sachin, the good thing is that people here have access to much more information and its less likely that our applications will be returned to us based on errors or omissions.

Don't be under impression that errors will be compromised

Depend upon the error, it is handled

For example in Visa office field, u r leaving blank, then don't expect anything from them. They will reject it with reason

Cool this is not so... please refer to the current IMM5612 form on the CIC website it states...Copies..originals may be requested at a later date.

The reason for this is: My ex-employer does not provide an original letter, all he sends me is a PDF document and I take a print out. And I dont think they can ask for originals, because most people would have only one original copy and they dont want to send to CIC. I guess copies would do now. If not, then I will have to request them to send in a mail.

Will you please tell us more about your report, how different is this new FSWC report than the usual Assesment report we get from WES.

My guess is that everything on a normal report that they were giving before this FSWC was announced by WES shold be there.

Can you check from online sample of the reports that WES has on its site and verify this fact for me.

Is there any special reference no. for CIC canada to be used on that report that you received.
