I think the skill set required under NOC1112 is very specific (which accountants and auditors do not fall into) and the cap will take some time to fill up..I think the first to fill up is 2147..

Hi Derricktse......So basically many of those applying under that Noc code may find their applications returned to them?
I agree that NOC 2147 will be among the first to reach its cap.

I guess so. Many people will try to tweak their work exp to fit into this category, esp those in finance industry but not necessarily Noc1112..I think CIC is smart enough to see it through..Just MHO

[Well if you are correct there will be alot of unhappy NoC 1112 people, but good news for those who genuinely fit into that category.

Now I can understand WES not answering phone calls BUT they could at least answer peoples. The are going to be making sooooooooooo much money from this they could have hired 4 part time persons whose only job is to respond to applicants emails. THATs good customer service. We are paying customers after all, we are not begging!
I can agree with you more and searching the web for this company it seems they have numerous complains of their bad service overall

WES now confirming document received in a time frame of 30 hrs rather than the 24 hrs stated on their site. Still not bad. Some persons have stated that their status now reflects evaluation complete delivery scheduled. If only they would start responding to emails, to offer applicants guidance.
