no, in your case, security screening is not in CSIS, it is CBSA, it might be pending review of an officer in CBSA or CBSA sent your file to NTC and waiting for feedback.

Asking for CV is for NTC to process in-depth screening. So your file is not in CSIS. It is CBSA.
Is it possible that CSIS and CBSA are both processing my security check at the same time?
Just do a quick search you will see there are 100s of these petitions signed and sent to them in the past year or
Apply through EE. Don't give it a second thought.
I was asked for the same info on March 2017....................I guess there is no Christmas miracle for me
No. CSIS pass it to CBSA. Only one party is working on the file at a time.
pending completion of a review of
security check results by one of IRCC’s partner agencies
looks like IRCC partner agencies(CBSA or CSIS) finished their check and delivered the result back to IRCC
and someone in IRCC is reviewing that result
unfortunately, not yet. I have been stuck in this status since May. The IRCC partner agency should make a conclusion and send IRCC the note saying that they haven't found anything conerns them.
