Hello,

I completed my Oath yesterday (Virtual). During the ceremony I was in one of the breakout rooms along with a few others - We were told by the clerk that we have been chosen for the passport pilot program something C2P. She said you may have received an email - its not a spam. She would not take any questions. Very honestly I did not receive any email from IRCC for passport pilot program. So I am not very sure how to navigate this. Will they be sending any email with instructions?

I was able to download the e-certificate today and soon will be applying for passport.

Is there any way I can check with IRCC or should I just go ahead with my passport application on my own without applying through this passport pilot program.

Anyone had any similar experience?

Some people have been invited - not many - but I don't recall if they got the invitation before or after the oath ceremony.

It is somewhat easier and quicker to do it that way (I think you don't need the guarantor). I'd get the regular form and start getting ready, but wait for say a week or so to see if you get the invite to the pilot program. If you do - great; if you don't - just go and apply.

Obviously, adjust however you like for however urgently you need the passport (or not).

Hers was test complete on 2/18 and tracker was updated 2/20. In case you want to extrapolate. Good luck.

i received an email from IRCC asking for scanned copies of my wife's passports' stamps, all pages. No ghost update no update on the tracker though.
Application Nov 26th
AOR Dec 6th
Test Passed March 7th
Fingerprints provided Feb 14th
BG and LPP in progress

Wasn't this already included as part of the application?
 
I got an email saying to verify entry cause of discrepancy for presence

Turns out there system updates all my entries a day later therefore reducing my days and not making me qualified

Had to make a document showing all my entry with travel itinerary and i94 for land entry into us border as evidence

This is so dumb and they asking for full passport which they already have like I sent it from the start

Hope they don’t take long now and once I submit by tonight

Yes I submitted at exactly 1095 days .. yes it was dumb move … yes I learned my lesson … but I have evidence so I know I am in the right here in terms of days
 
1096 here. Only PP is pending. Didn't hear anything yet.
