My wife and I recently submitted our application to CIC, it was delivered on November 25. I just found out about this forum and the tracker (we added our data today). This visa application is the most important process in our lives! It is so reassuring to be able to compare our timelines with others. At first, we were worried that we had not yet received our AOR. Now we understand that there is a delay of 2-4 weeks to receive the AOR. I would like to thank everybody who shares their timeline and especially thank those who manage the tracker.
