I honestly have no idea why it was not recorded. All permissions were granted as per their instructions. I recall that everything worked fine until I took pictures of myself and my ID. From that moment, when the actual test started, I noticed that I could not see the feed from my USB camera anymore. They never mentioned urgent processing, I just think that I should have been informed of the issue on the following day, not 45 days later.
Yes, just to be safe, I used a different computer to take the second test and it worked. I think that their system may not support webcams with a higher resolution, which was the one I used on my first attempt.
This would be strange, since lower resolution cameras take blurry id photos, to which they ask applicants to take the test again!
Just to send new photos, and not to retake the test? Because as I can read here people are re-taking the test in such cases. Sending only the photos would be more convenient, of course.
I asked because it was mentioned that the passport was checked. I wasn't sure if that could be done online
