Waiting for my latest GCMS but I believe it will be the same status as last year for me too.
Which is your VO?
It's sad that outland applicants are not being prioritized. I think they even stopped issuing CoPRs for outland applicants. IRCC is so frustrating

It seems I am the only one inland applicant who haven't gotten decision yet...
my criminality is still in progress after a year and half.
Last time I called IRCC, an agent said my police record is in police department.
After that, no agent gave me updates about this. They said they can not give me those information.

Is anyone use lawer to warn IRCC??
I heard there is a law called Mandamus. It's about goverment has to do their job within the time frame they say.
I'm not sure it's applicable during covid.

Hi, was wondering if anyone can advise anything regarding my situation. I got my AOR in November 2019. I got my CoPR back in May 2020 from the Winnipeg office and have been waiting for my PR card since then. I have sent my photos twice to them, raised 5 webforms with the same reply that application is being processed. I have been also calling them once a month to enquire about the application and have been getting same replies there too. Can anyone please advise how to proceed?

Hi guys. I have a question. Appreciate your response .
I have applied for FSW EE from india in November 2019. Of course everything is shut here and flights are banned from india.
Would it help process my PR faster if I move to US on a student visa and wait there? Are they processing files faster for people in the US?

No you're not the only one.
I am FST-inland.
Below is my status based on the latest GCMS notes a few weeks back.

Eligibility : Recommend Pass
Medical: Passed (Expired)
Criminality: In Progress
Security: Not Started

I can imagine how frustrating your situation is.
I sent an email to my MP even if this will be a help.
I think you should at least try too.

As I m in the same situation. AOR November 2019. According to gcms notes I see the exactly same status of application
Don’t know what is going on? Even got an inquiry through Mp office.. just got the same reply whatever notes show. Nothing special

IRCC just simply put all FSW applications on hold since they're now prioritizing CEC and other inland PNP applications. My eligibility was passed last October and my application has been frozen at eligibility not started. It's extremely frustrating because IRCC, and the whole Canadian government, just ignore our existence since they have not provided any plan to proceed with our files at all.

A small glimpse of light for fellow forgotten outlanders of 2019.

Hi Guys,

I have been quite reader here every now an then. Here is my story.

AOR Nov 2018.
residency :USA
primary office: Montreal
Citizenship: INDIA

No status change or ghost emails until Procedural fairness letter in June 2019.
since my employer mentioned in my experience is in different state than my residence state, the officer said he did believe my experience.

I submitted a letter with explanation that i am software developer and my job does not require me to be onsite, i work from home and i submitted 5 pay stubs with has my employer address and my address on it. replied this with in 1 week of getting the PFL.

requested 2 GSMS notes in 2019 , no updates, eligibility still in review, security and background check not started.

Nothing in 2020, i did not request any GCMS neither did i call their support center.

Sent webform in April 2021 saying " its been 2.5 years and there is no update is there anything that i can do to take this forward"

3-4 weeks after this i got re-medical in may 2021.

PPR in June after medical passed. asked for photos and passports. sent in first week of June. Got an email to re-submit the photos. 2 weeks after re-submit i see my online forms changed to approved and COPR expiry set to 1 year from my medical 05/2022.

Online form shows my back ground check was completed in April 2021 may be just before i got re medical email.

Through out this i never got any ghost emails.

I was very eager in 2019 to move from USA to Canada, got only short term lease and planned what i want to do in Canada after i move there. Now i am not sure, i might not even go. Got house and both me and my wife got good paying jobs.

this is what i learnt from this process : " what is important today may not be important tomorrow".

In how many days your re-medical was passed?
