Nung June 14 pa nag email dear nag post ako dito kaya lang baka hindi mo nakita kaya minentioned nalang kita. Nag changed na sya sa ecas DM. Pero sa gckey wala pa “we are processing your papers” padin. Hehe Don’t worry pray lang. You’re next update moko ha

I think they will send Biometric Request next, then Sponsorship Approval and then File Transfer over to the local Visa Office of the Principal Applicant

This morning after 4 months of silence, I got an email to pay for RPRF! My file is still in Sydney. Anyone knows what is next. As far as my file only medical has been done..

Have you inquired why your file is still in Sydney or if it will ever get transferred?
Its been over 6 months for your as well looks like.

Yes I have and the only answer so far I have got is “ you are still not past the 12 months processing time” I even asked my lawyer and my mp to step in, they also got only the same answer back, there is nothing that they want if they need anything they will inquire. I am so concerned

I was curious about that too I actually was going to do that this week to see if it helps. I will let you know if they say anything

This seems to be a good sign as they are requesting you to pay your Permanent residency fees. Have you checked your ECAS status? There might be an update there? or your gc key account?
