Yes, but SOWP are different. IRCC Todo me today that the average time is now 90 days :s

Update: Sponsor received AOR email yesterday afternoon. Was able to link App in GCKey just now. However can't link OWP yet as not found in system

Weird thing is that it says online that they received my OWP Application Nov 23rd. The App was definitely returned with the PR first time around as I actually managed to pay for the additional $100 i forgot to pay for OWP at the beginning and attached the receipt to it.

I have a very similar timeline (app received Nov. 30, AOR Jan. 24, linked PR and OWP Jan. 24) and it also says that the OWP was received on Nov. 23. I’ve seen other people post about having the OWP received date before their actual application received date, so although it is a bit strange, I don’t think it’s anything to worry about!

It's way too early in the process for sponsor approval.

Depending on your location in regards to OHIP. In Ontario for example you'll have to wait until you've got your PR plus an additional 3 months to be entiled to OHIP. Alberta for instance has different rules.

Once you receive your AOR you'll see her UCI on the GCKey account.

Ontario is actually AIP + 3 months, but from what I've read elsewhere people have to fight a bit so may only get it 1-2 months faster than if they were PR+ 3 months.

i dont know why we havent received the returned application yet. they said it was returned jan 18. this is so frustrating. if i cant get it by monday, i cant reach the jan 31 date before my student permit expires.

Eligibility approval and Sponsor approval are near the end of the process, arround 10-12 months from the date they receive your application
