Hey guys..do we get GCMS note by email or on website? I ordered on May 3rd but haven’t recieved yet..is there a way to follow up?

Where did you order yours? Usually it is by email. A friend of mine ordered the first time thru ATIP and her sister mistakenly chose "mail" and not email so they have been waiting for over a month until they checked their physical mailbox and the notes were there! Make sure you choose send by email.

I also ordered mine thru ATIP on May 4th and have not received it yet. My cousin followed up thru email and no response til now. ATIP is hopeless so giving up on them. I'm now planning to order again but from a different site..

Nov 28 AOR.. IP2 since Jan.. no update thereafter.. Notes also rec'd too late in last week of may.. RR required for MEP exemption for non-accompanying dependent child from previous marriage.. custody of child with ex-wife... Submitted all evidences about all efforts taken to get the child medically examined but failed...Awaiting and awaiting decision from IRCC..Dont know what to do next...

You will never see if you're under SS or not in GCMS notes.

I have been following your comments too. Couple of reasons for delay could be review required for docs missing or pof and SS.
hope everyone here knew the reason for delay - would have made life much easier.

Anyways hang in there peeps - and do your best - call them / order notes..

Hi Guys !!! Silent Reader over here who just Got PPR

Finally Got Ready for Visa e-mail. My stats are below:

AOR: 29 November 2018
1st GCMS Notes 13 April 2019: Review Required for R10
Primary office: Centralized Intake Office
Secondary Office: Ottawa
2nd GCMS notes: Haven't received them yet.
Ready for visa e-mail: 14June, 2019

Nationality: Morocco
Other Info: Got 1 visa rejection 1 year ago from France due to 1 missing document. Of course, I declared it in my EE application
I called Canadian Immigration call center as soon as I went over 6 months (1 or 2 day after), and I asked the woman in the phone to send reminder to visa officer after she told me that I still haven't passed eligibility and security screening.

Feel free to ask in case you need some info from my personal experience.

And I wish a PPR to all of you guys especially people who went over 6 months.

So my profile was updated today after they issued my CoPR and it’s finally approved. They added dates to the account which I believe can’t really accurate. According to the updates:

Eligibility: December 12 2018 you’re eligibility has been reviewed. (I called so many times in March and April - I got told it wasn’t started - it was also showing not started in 2 GCMS notes)
Background check: December 13, 2018 your background check was completed. (That was one day after I’d given my biometrics. Again everytime I called in April and May my Security had not even started - same was updated in the notes as well)

No idea how they selected the dates

Just now spoke with an agent.
Said eligibility in progress..And then when asked in details..Said eligibility has review required..Not all review required is a red flag though, he mentioned.

Background is halfway done..Which means criminality passed and security not started.

File looks good. No red alert.
Re-medical passed on 12th June.
Asked to send remainder to the officer, but said he can't as he can see file was being worked upon last week only, so as it's in process he thinks I should be patient. Medicals were also cleared last week, so don't know if he said because of that or file is actually being worked upon.

When asked why RR in eligibility..Said he is not an officer..So can't see and tell me..But nothing to worry about...File is in good condition.



What does this mean guys? When do u have RR in Eligibility?

That's good news that case was worked last week. So the officer is still paying attention to your case.

These days, a lot of cases are marked RR by case analyst. Eventually the officer reviews the case and marks it passed
