I was one of the first to receive my AOR, and I still haven't received my SA. I think like someone said earlier, it will depend on how much info you sent, and what officer received your package (fast or slow!). I am just keeping my fingers crossed that I will get it by the end of this week!!!!

Yes they both came via email to my husband's (sponsor) address. Curiously they both came rather late in the evening too. Idk why.

Funny how we try to figure out the different ways and habits those officers have in trying to find out what could be coming next for us... hahaha, but it's impossible. I think they want to throw us off on purpose. LOL
Anyway, Let's just keep a sense of humour... the wait just gets to you after a while, doesn't it? I'm off now to check my email for the 2000th time! Ciao! LOL

yeah it's crazy, especially after AOR you know something should come in soon.

Have you tried to called them ? maybe they sent it by mail and it's taking time but they could atleast tell you by the phone if it's S/A ?

We only got AOR on January 19th, so it's still ok to wait before calling them, I think. Next few days or next week we should hear something, I am sure.
And also, from reading different posts on this Forum, I hear some people get AOR and never get SA later... they just get passport request eventually. I guess every office and every case is different. We will see...

Yes, I did. Just says "Application Received", although I am not sure if it's always accurate as someone said they got an email of SA approval, and their ecas wasnt updated from the same "Application Received" status.

Thank you Mrs.Grenadian. I pray so that you get your visa soon. I applied in Jan 2013. We did a terrible mistake because we didn't call CIC. We thought CIC sometimes request passport without sending AOR or SA and we didn't call CIC. We just kept waiting. End of August in 2014 we called CIC. CIC said we have to resend application again and some incomplete documents. This why we had to apply again. It's my little sad story.

Our application was received on the 17th of November according to the courier's proof of delivery.
Still waiting for AOR.
I'll add my data on the spreadsheet.
