November 2014 Outland Applications

Good news everyone... They are starting to look at November applications! On the 16th I received my AOR...so they are moving! And looking at Elle's message above, the letter indicates if you have August forms or later you would be okay, which we all would be if we missed the November application (and you used the most recent one before that). I think we should be okay!!! Hopefully others are receiving their AORs as well. My application was received November 4.

I am really hoping for good news for you guys!! but remember this letter was sent to me in September... then they updated it again in November. Hopefully they will let it go

I have sent mine on the 4th November but it was received on the 5th November 2014 one day before yours, i wonder if i will get AOR tomorrow since your AOR was received in a friday lol fingers crossed.

After how long after u sent in ur application, they requested new forms?

*** I forgot to add that sponsor's form (my application) was updated before thats why I got to know in a month. But I see now that they updated only the principal applicant's form. They won't really look into it until it reaches the visa office abroad (I guess). Thats why they only requested for my form as per the letter they sent me (the 2nd letter I just posted). Then I realized my husband's form was outdated too, so he submitted a new one along with mine and just put a note that we decided to submit his form even before it gets requested and sent to the visa office abroad for further processing. It didn't have any problem. Hope I make sense here...lol

I was told they only request new forms within 30 days after we send our application.. so I wanted to make sure that's what happened in ur case.

Thanks!! so I guess all november applicants are good since 30 days have passed I'm just really curious because it is only the sponsor's application they look at (I think) when they do SA. In your case and other nov applicants, it is the principal applicant's form that is updated. Will CIC ever look at it to
make sure the other person's form is updated before they send it abroad... they never did it to me, i just figured it out myself.

I seriously cannot wait.
I don't think the processing time on the website is right.
It was updated last week again and it's working on app received on oct 22th.. 85 days now.. but nov applicants started getting their S/A
