I used my expired IELTS General score report for my citizenship application and it was accepted.
I have already done my test and interview and the IELTS report was not even discussed.
It was the same score report I used for my PR application.
Just as long as you have the original to present during interview then you should be alright.
The important thing is your actual scores are well above the minimum CIC requires for citizenship.

This is quoted from the CIC website:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/citizenship/language-step-2.asp

"International English Language Testing System (IELTS), general training and not the academic version. You must have achieved:
4.0 or higher in speaking, and
4.5 or higher in listening. (If the test was done before November 28, 2008, we will accept a 4 or higher.)
Test d’Évaluation de Français (TEF). We will accept either:
Level 3 or higher, or
B1 or higher (B2, C1 or C2).
If so, send a copy of your test results with your citizenship application, even if the results have expired."

If you have lost or need a copy of your results, contact the test provider. Do not contact CIC.

I called the immigration Canada to inquire about the status of my application. The agent told me that my file has been transferred already to the local office and that they do not need any more information from me. She said that my application is considered routine.

So now I wait… it is good to know though that my application is considered routine…

Also, the received line is gone as per my ECAS.

The question was regarding reissuing IELTS results, not whether CIC accepts expired exam results..

1. No. Fingerprints are not required for everyone.
2. AOR - Acknowledgement Of Receipt: it's a letter from CIC-Sydney acknowledging the receipt of your application. It's usually accompanied by the "Study Guide- Discover Canada", a booklet with content you will be tested on.
3. What to expect now? Well, that's a great question with a couple of possible answers.

Are you able to see your status on line? If yes, what does it say?
Another key question for you is, what do you think your local office is?

I am from Halifax (HRM), so figuring out my local office was a no-brainer..

Toronto/Mississauga areas have a couple of CIC offices and they tend to assign different local offices depending on the circumstances of a file. Those offices are still relatively faster than the other CICs around the country.

Hi fellows,
we passed our test/interview today by the grace of God. The CIC officer is going to contact CBSA for our travel records as there were so many stamps on my passport. All these travels were before we moved to Canada but she still wanted to confirm with CBSA and we dont see any problems with it. CBSA thing should take between 48 hours to 1 week as per the CIC officer.

She also said that we should expect oath letter between 1-2 months.

Thanks everybody for help and good luck to all.
