I passed my test 3 months ago, no updates since...

I think we share almost the same time frame and situation. I am Dec 2013 applicant, RQ in May 2014, Test in Aug. My interview was exactly the same as yours (5 mins, RQ not reviewed and sent to St Clair, unknown processing time frame...etc). I am still waiting for my oath.

I got my ATIP in Nov confirming my RQ file was received by St Clair and put in the queue. Have you ordered your ATIP? If yes, what does it say?

Yes, I received my ATIP in Dec, it confirms that my file was received by St Clair and it's in the queue for reviews...
It's really frustrating when you don't know why you get that RQ and how long will it take them to review it
