Hi Guys, I received my GCMS notes and I have difficulty interpreting it. I find many repetitive information and not sure which is latest. From what I see I find the below info on Page 1 and I assume it is the overall summary of the report. Am I right?

Also can anybody tell me whether other areas like Eligibility etc would be started only after Criminality is completed? Because I applied in Nov 2012 and to see my eligibility assessment has not yet started is very shocking to me.

What does criminality checking mean? Do they verify my record in all possible countries I have stayed?

Any insights would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Not sure if you'd have the FOSS Notes yet in your file, but check somewhere around page 33, section heading NOTES. Its like one chunk of paragraph with small statements. Thats the most crucial part of your ATIP. All concerns will be there, if any. You may or may not have it. Usually it appears once the officer has started to review your eligibility or when its done.

Not necessarily. I have seen here some members got their Eligibility passed but Criminality in progress. In other cases, it could be that even if Medical is passed, Eligibility could still be in-progress. Perhaps cuz Criminality is in progress and Security is not started.

I'm not 100% sure about this one. But it is something like verifying your background info (recall u filled Schedule 1) and then ofcourse the PCCs - are the original or fake etc. Beyond that - i have no clue.

Capricon 8th November applicant got rejected. I have a question after reading rejection letter he posted online, I have a quick question. I applied under CEC but PGWP scheme but dont remember mentioning PGWP any where in the forms. Do they automatically include person in PGWP with one year work ex on the basis of your education details.

I should have if they asked for one in the documents. I send every thing in checklist not any thing extra.

You probably did, so they have your PGWP (otherwise you wouldn't have gotten a positive AOR). Nothing to worry about.
