Cic may consider your old medical result.

But, it's at officers descretion. Onus lies on you - inform the visa office immediately.

That's what I've figured as well.It could be an automated message from CIC,since my application is complete and ready for an overseas VO processing. Just wonder how soon the VO in Warsaw will get my application ,cause CIC has given me 60 days to get the medical done, and I want to inform them ASAP.I suppose I should get an email from VO once they receive my file. What's the best way of contacting the VO, does anybody know?

Any of the Nov applicants got MR in last 3 days ? please advise

Call cic and inform them. Call centre will provide contact details of the office to which you need to inform.

Also, the MR email has details of the office which requested the medical. You may contact them.

My status got updated to 'In Process' finally, after getting my MR on Monday.
Sad thing is that my notes show my ex common law partner is still attached to my application, while I did sent them a request to remove them 5 months ago...

I have send them another request, explicitly requesting her to be removed. Since I already sent in my medical and she will not be taking one (at least not the one for my application :P), I hope that my application is processing OK and they finally remove her.

1. You already passed the eligibility review so you have nothing to worry anymore.
2. You should inform CIC about any change in your address (if you want them to be able to reach you)
3. If you haven't send the PCC yet and they never requested it is odd. Your file will not be finalized without one so you better hurry up and do it asap.
4. Generally, you supposed to notify CIC about any change in your status, such as work. Howver, since you already passed the eligibility review, i would not bother...but it is up to you.

Thank you so much sashali78 and CEC2013 for the replies.
The only reason i didnt do the pcc is, for my home country( HONG KONG), they wont let me apply for one unless or until CIC requests they NEED one, which on the application it only shows PCC is OPTIONAL.... Well, I guess it is just the matter of time now since I have never break the law except a speeding ticket, and I am really glad i passed the eligibility review. THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS and hope everyone will hear good news from CIC soon !

PCC is mandatory for all countries you've lived in except canada - were the rules different last year?

hi,

theres a new news release regarding CEC and some NOC's that are no longer eliglible to apply under the CEC effective November 9, 2013. My NOC is one of them, I was just wondering if I will be affected in this change? My Noc is 6311 and my application in ECAS already says IN process I already have MR and have paid RPRF. Im worried.

Will this only affect applications submitted after November 9th? Please advise thanks....
