You mean knitting with needles? You must be getting good!! I quite miss the other knitting! I need a new hobby, time definitely drags by some days. Do you get to see mr m&m often?

Haha yes knitting with needles! ;D
I don't get to see him as often as I'd like to for sure...I saw him in December and can't wait to see him again (whenever that is!). How about you? :)
Hobbies are great...I love reading but I'm so impatient now, I'm reading 5 books at the same time, not the best strategy for sure!

Hi All,

I'm so excited. My hubby just got back from the post office and he got his COPR!!!

Now we have a problem...
We are going for a trip to Canada before actually settling there next month, and the actual move will be end of June.

Does anyone know if my hubby needs to do the landing when we enter Canada next month?
Or we can do it as planed when we actually move?

Sharona

CONGRATULATIONS! Now here's hoping the rest of our VO's are as speedy as yours! :)
Wishes for a safe and happy landing!

Hey, Congrats! So by the looks of it you're the first one from the November group. Must be nice to be done the whole process . . . except landing of course. Nice to have a fast VO!

Our VO is actually waiting on *us* right now. I still have a couple of weeks to send them our scanned passport and one additional document. Hope to have it this week, or next week at the latest. Then we hope to be not far behind you.

haha.. I hope they are at least interesting books!! I am looking forward to picking up a book for fun soon, I just seem to get distracted and never quite find a quiet place to read! I only get to see Mr. M once a year for about a month. Its tough, but its worth it! I am sure Candyman (seemed to fit better than mr m&m) will be knocking at the bit to see you again!

Ooh looks like good things are happening for everyone!

Feeling a little bummed out recently - I really should not of learned how to use ecas because now I'm checking CONSTANTLY. I know I should be patient but today my patience is running a little thin. I think it's because I got stage 1 approval so early; it set my expectations that things would be quick lol.

Have a wonderful end-of-week!
Kate

Kate,

I think we all have similar feelings. It would be great if we all had such quick turnarounds like Sharona has. There are days when patience is like a curse word around here. However, keep smiling and know the process is gonna be over sooner than later. London has been moving fairly fast lately.. here's hoping you hear something soon, and can see that change no e-cas!! When that happens, remember us who have the slowest VOs around! :) :)

Hi Guys,
Glad the links were useful......maybe ha ha....Remember its a goverment read.......
Just recieved a mail from the Buenos Aires visa office requesting a copy of my wife's birth certificate and two passport sized photos. My bad for overlooking the birth certificate when I originally submitted the application but this request for more photos has me wondering? I submitted 8 photos when I originally sent in the application. I know they asked another applicant going through the Buenos Aires VO for two more photos as well. Is this a new requirement or possibly something related to the Buenos Aires VO.
Anyway I guess this would also mean that they have recieved our application and are actually working on it....Stage 2....woo hoo. :)
