Yes, the score should get updated by 24 hours. Don't worry at all. It will surely update I guess the system has some Cron jobs which automatically updates the score on a particular time of the day.

Thank you Snehan. I am in dilemma now . should I go ahead and send the application or shall i wait ?

I would recommend to apply this year as the stream is still open. Only CIC gives the UCI (Unique Client Identifier) number once you apply, province doesn't give it. So no harm to apply. It it happens that, NS announces new stream next year and makes all 2015 applications void, then you can reapply on 2016. When the cap will be reached for this year, they might give you option to withdraw your application of this year or will count it for next year (as like they announced it last year). So i think its safe to apply now.

one more question. I received my nomination certificate, but my spouse's date of birth is not correctly mentioned there, though I correctly wrote it in the application form. I wrote to NSOI about this mistake and wait for their response. Is this a minor issue?
