soopergal PLEASE care to share your time

Applied June 2012
RQ Received April 2013
RQ sent back first week of May 2013
No update since then >:(

So I called CiC today and the lady told me that they haven't make any decision about my RQ yet .So the test doesn't mean that your application is completed, it just they want to finish the test part. Clever!!

This is exactly CIC-call center agent told me, they just wanted to finish test part first, while your RQ is being under process, so when there is a your RQ verifications are done, the only thing you gotta finish is your oath, i asked her how long does it take, she told me i can't say how long, but you will start preparing for your test. however i have not received a letter for a test yet.

That's efficient no? I give some credit to the CIC with their reasonable explanation. I wonder what the CIC agent would say though during the interview after the exam. Would they still give the same "2 to 4 months to receive the oath" or would it change to "the oath will be scheduled after the RQ is finalized".

She told me the same thing that she doesnt know how long its going to take to finalize the RQ . The other thing is this is something new for everyone and they might not have any information about it. I think the judge will just take an interview after and decide the RQ at that time .

Hi simplyproductive , if they ask for more documents than what you mentioned you have to see a judge at the same day of the test or different day? , I called CIC today and she said my RQ has been reviewed but not fully assessed yet, and there is an interview , I asked her whither the interview will be at the same time as the test , she didn't give me a specific answer , as she said you might not get interview if after they complete the RQ assessment they decide not to interview you , oh, well, I am not sure if she knows what is she talking about.

Thanks

I think in order to see judge, the wait time is at least 3 months
