Not completely meet Baker duty requirements, possible to get PR?

Hi there,
I am working in AB as a baker. However I found i did not meet all the duty requirements as CIC required.
For instance,
-purchasing supplies
-drawing production schedule
-may oversee sales
Those are duty for our supervisors and assistant manager. But I meet the rest of the them.
For employment requirements, i did not have any programs for baking. What I have is my degree in Hotel Management.
I am planning to apply PR through Express Entry but I am not sure if my situation would be negatively impact on my application. I wonder does anyone have some ideas or similar experience on it?

You need to perform the Lead statement and substantial number of duties mentioned in the respective NOC page. You do not need to meet education requirements of the NOC.

Write down your all duties in a paper and match them with the lead statement and the duties mentioned in the NOC page. If you find 70-80% duties are similar then you can go ahead.
