I got my COPR through express entry and did my landing two weeks back. At the time of landing, I did not provide an address. Now I have an address but I am not able to update my address using address notification form. It just doesn't find my information, I have tried putting all identified I have like UCI, Application number.

When I try calling CIC number 1888-242-2100, I am never connected as automated message says there is high volume. I have been trying this for last 1 week, every days, for hours.

What can I do? Please help.

Thank you!

When you say you landed - you got your CoPR signed by the officer?

Yes, COPR was signed by the officer.

The same thing happened to me. I think it's because the place of birth dropdown only allows you to select a country, but my passport lists the city I was born in, not the country.

Instead of using the online address change notification service, use the web form - https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

This is the official guidance from IRCC:

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/change-address.html

What if I can’t change my address online?
If you can’t change your address online, you can change it using this Web form. Follow the instructions and include all the details we ask for.

Thank you. Did it work for you? How were you able to confirm after this that your address had been changed? Have you already receive the PR card?

Also What type of inquiry you selected on the web form?

Yes, I got my PR card. It took ~2 months from the time I submitted the address.

I chose Permanent Resident Card and explained the situation in the text box. I don't remember if there was a confirmation, it was two years ago.

Hi, I have encountered the same issue, blal, did the Web form eventually work for you? I have submitted it 3 weeks ago and I still have not got a reply.
