Non visa exempt but hold a TRV

Hi all, I have a general question. My wife, the Principal Applicant, is from a non visa exempt country, however she holds a visitor visa (TRV?) for the duration of her passport.

If and when we hopefully get the PPR email, will she still be required to send her original passport?

Like someone said, yes, she will.

It can be sent to Ottawa if she is in Canada.
