Have they stopped processing files of those who got nominated under SINP hard to fill skill categories? As i have been noticing, people are getting ECOPRs in other categories. Though all the steps are completed , they are withholding PPR requests . Any thoughts on this please...

Hi there.
Do I need to include a short vacation in my Personal History, Schedule A - IMM 5669? IRCC Application, PNP non-express entry. After the vacation, I returned to my work. I wasn't unemployed during my vacations for the last 10 years. It's confusing because in the Document Checklist, they mention Jobs, Study, Unemployment, and also Vacation.

Short Vacation: Less than 30 days

Same here no military or government background, and Im over 2 years on background check. Info that I have from June last years IRCC did ask about c-check answer was that my case is under review with no time line.
Its a nightmare for me since in one mount will be 3 years since I did submit my aplication. I didn't expect to be treated like this.

I have been working for an employer for more than 4 years. And on closing the work permit for 3 years. I applied for a bridging open work permit and am still waiting for approval. I know that my employer can increase my salary within very low limits, but can my employer pay me a bonus? Can my employer, while keeping the same base salary, pay a performance bonus of about 15–20% of the annual salary as a reward for good work? Would this be considered a violation of LMIA conditions? Thank you!

Hello, I have a question regarding my PR application under the BC PNP International Post Graduate stream, which does not require a job offer or proof of funds according to the document checklist, although I was required to declare the minimum proof of funds amount in the application. At the time of submission, I was working part time and disclosed this employment in IMM 5669; however, I later changed to a different part time job. Given that employment is not an eligibility requirement for this stream, I would like to confirm whether I should proactively notify IRCC of this change via a webform and, if so, which documents, such as an updated IMM 5669, pay stubs, or an employment letter, would be appropriate to submit. For context, I am still awaiting my AOR and I did not provide any employment documents or proof of funds such as pay stubs or reference letters because they were not required for this stream. I would greatly appreciate your guidance. @Miss bee

I don't think I used a video or anything. The key is just to answer the questions correctly to get to the right part. Unfortunately I didn't note how I answered each question to get there but I don't recall it been too tricky.

This is how I laid out for me.

In Application Forms:
Application to Change Conditions, Extend my Stay or Remain in Canada as a Worker (IMM5710) (required)

In Supporting Documents:
Offer of Employment (required)
Family Information Form (IMM5707) (required)
Passport (required)
Digital photo (required)
Proof that you Meet the Requirements of the Job Being Offered (required)
Provincial Nominee Program Certificate (PNC) (required)
Letter of Support from Province or Territory (required)
Client Information (required)

In Optional Documents:
Schedule 1 - Application for a Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside Canada (IMM 5257) (As I am in Canada I ignored this)
Client Information: In this I put a letter of explanation


So if you see the above when you finish the questionnaire you are good to go.
