Hello @Miss bee Can you please clarify something, If I receive the portal 1 email and I am outside Canada, and I was an Inland candidate. Would IRCC issue PPR for my spouse who was already outside and never landed in Canada? If i fill the p1 or will it be after p2?

Hi @Miss bee
Need your help on this please
I received FD on 1st October also COPR details updated on tracker and for dependent COPR details Issuing country is showing UAE , but he is indian national by birth born in UAE , so do you think we need to contact IRCC for the correction.

Also we are still waiting for PPR,
Outland application

Thanks

This field sometimes confuses applicants. The “Issuing country” on the COPR does not always refer to nationality — it often refers to the country where the COPR or visa will be issued (i.e. the visa office or region handling the file).Since your dependent was born in the UAE and the visa office may be Abu Dhabi, it’s normal for the COPR details to show “Issuing country: UAE.”
If the nationality is correctly listed as Indian, there’s no issue and no action needed.
When to contact IRCC
You only need to contact IRCC if any of the following are true:
  • The nationality field on COPR or tracker is incorrect (e.g., showing UAE instead of India).
  • The passport information is incorrect.
  • The place of birth or personal details are mismatched.
  • If it’s just “Issuing country: UAE”, that’s fine — it reflects where the visa will be stamped, not the person’s citizenship.

Actually i have not received COPR Document yet only i have seen this on tracker

*And main applicant my spouse is also born in KSA but for her it shows india as a issuing country*

Also i can only see the passport number , expiry details and copr document number

*Also we are leaving UAE permanently next month so we need to inform IRCC*

And my child BGC is still in Progress while i have received the FD
Thanks

URGENT HELP, Hi @Miss bee . Could you kindly provide some insight on PR application? I was double checking my Submited Files and realized one of the form has become password protected (imm0199e). Will the officer return my application because of this? Please advise whats the next steps to do. Thank you so much!

Hi everyone
Does any one applied for TRV after getting work permit approval?
What is the processing time?
I have applied on July 17 and still no update IRCC website showing Processing time 5 weeks but no update for me its been 3 Months.
Please Guide

Finally got my GCMS notes today (after three months!) and there were so many information that the application went through. Overall, what I see;

Biometrics: passed
Medical: passed
Security: not started (status update 2024/10/31 - due date 2025/10/32)
Criminality: passed
Information sharing: complete
Eligibility: "it seems PA meet R87(1) eligibility recommended pass
Admissibility: no concerns as per A36 (1) and (2) for PA Criminality assessment passed

Some of them were done in 2024 and rest were done in 2025 summer. Apparently after 2025 June there was no progress on IRCC's side. Looks like Montreal is taking care of these currently.

Are these good signs and how long would it take to be finalized, any idea?

Hi,

I applied non-ee PNP back in November 26, 2024 and still have not received AOR.
It seems like people who applied in December 2024 are receiving AOR so I am very stressed wondering why my application has not yet received AOR.

May I ask
Why there might be a delay in receiving AOR when it seems like most people who applied in November 2024 already received theirs?
If and when should I reach out to the IRCC regarding my AOR?
What should I ask them to clarify why there is a delay in my AOR?

Thank you.
