Hello @Miss bee Can you please clarify something, If I receive the portal 1 email and I am outside Canada, and I was an Inland candidate. Would IRCC issue PPR for my spouse who was already outside and never landed in Canada? If i fill the p1 or will it be after p2?

Hi @Miss bee
Need your help on this please
I received FD on 1st October also COPR details updated on tracker and for dependent COPR details Issuing country is showing UAE , but he is indian national by birth born in UAE , so do you think we need to contact IRCC for the correction.

Also we are still waiting for PPR,
Outland application

Thanks

This field sometimes confuses applicants. The “Issuing country” on the COPR does not always refer to nationality — it often refers to the country where the COPR or visa will be issued (i.e. the visa office or region handling the file).Since your dependent was born in the UAE and the visa office may be Abu Dhabi, it’s normal for the COPR details to show “Issuing country: UAE.”
If the nationality is correctly listed as Indian, there’s no issue and no action needed.
When to contact IRCC
You only need to contact IRCC if any of the following are true:
  • The nationality field on COPR or tracker is incorrect (e.g., showing UAE instead of India).
  • The passport information is incorrect.
  • The place of birth or personal details are mismatched.
  • If it’s just “Issuing country: UAE”, that’s fine — it reflects where the visa will be stamped, not the person’s citizenship.

Actually i have not received COPR Document yet only i have seen this on tracker

*And main applicant my spouse is also born in KSA but for her it shows india as a issuing country*

Also i can only see the passport number , expiry details and copr document number

*Also we are leaving UAE permanently next month so we need to inform IRCC*

And my child BGC is still in Progress while i have received the FD
Thanks
