@Miss bee - My nomination of SINP has got expired. Do I need to request to extend it? My AOR was March 15,2025 and my application is under process since Application was submitted on September 25, 2024.

Anyone who got the P1 and their AOR is in February or March 2025?

Since your SINP nomination has expired after you submitted your PR application (on September 25, 2024) and received an AOR on March 15, 2025, here’s what you need to know:
No, you usually do not need to request a nomination extension if:
  1. You submitted your PR application before the nomination expired, and
  2. You have already received your AOR, which you have.
IRCC locks in your nomination at the time your application is received (as long as it was valid then). So even if your SINP nomination expires afterward, it does not affect your application under the Provincial Nominee Program.
When would you need an extension?
You only need to request a nomination extension if your nomination expires before you submit your PR application to IRCC. That’s not your case.

As a July 2, 2024 applicant with AOR on November 15, 2024, and biometrics completed shortly after on November 18, your application appears to be progressing steadily but is now under deeper review. Your medicals have passed and since expired, which is common in longer processing times. Info sharing is complete, indicating no issues from partner agencies like CBSA or RCMP. Your application is being processed at the Winnipeg visa office (PVO), and the GCMS notes mention that your file was forwarded to the Evaluation Centralized Team (EVAL CT) for review of eligibility and criminality. This forwarding usually happens when further scrutiny or clarification is required, especially since you submitted an ADR (Additional Document Request) on March 18 explaining why you were unable to provide certain police clearance certificates (PCCs). Since they’ve now started reviewing your ADR, it shows the file is active and not idle, which is a positive sign.
However, the EVAL CT review can take several weeks to months, depending on the complexity of your case and the volume of files they are handling. Because eligibility and background are still marked “in progress,” it means final decisions are pending. Inland applicants typically receive Portal 1 invitations once eligibility and background checks are both passed. If no further documents are requested and your explanations are accepted, you could expect movement—such as Portal 1—within the next few weeks to a few months. Keep monitoring your tracker, and if there’s no update within 60 days from the ADR review date (i.e., by mid-May to mid-June), consider requesting updated GCMS notes or raising a webform inquiry.

@Miss bee thanx for the reply. But i have one more concern i am not able to login to PR tracker, whehenever i am frying to login its circles around and comes back to the main page. Its been 1 month happening like this even i have changed password too but didnt work. Although they have given me old gcms when my application was updated in feb 10 after that no movement at all. Also they have marked my eligibility and criminality as review required but officer have given notes that he is satisfied with my intent to live and settle in my nominated province.
