This is such a frustration going on with Aug 2024 applicants . After getting AOR's there has been no updates on files. Tried calling IRCC but nothing worked i am so done with my current job them taking me for granted but i can't do anything cos my employer paid for LMIA exempt permit. I don't know when will i get any update something i feel like i should withdraw my file and shuld only wait for EE points to go down. Life has been so unfair after getting AOR i thought everything will go smooth now but no every step is left still

@davidbrasil - This is a certainly a good news.You are almost officially a PR now. You are just 4 steps away from getting your PR.
1) You will receive a PR confirmation email from CIC, they will ask you to submit your details via email and confirm whether you are in Canada or not. If you have a authroised representative please be in touch with them as they will receive this email.
2) You reply to the same email with all the details (for you and your family member). Just one email is enough for entire family.
3) After confirming your Permanent Resident (PR) status, it typically takes 1-2 weeks to receive your electronic Confirmation of Permanent Residence (e-COPR). This e-COPR is essentially your "paperwork" verifying your PR status. You will be provided a link to upload your photograph, etc.
4) You will receive your PR card via mail at the physical address provided (usually within 2-4 weeks)
If you are in Canada, please note that during this period till you get your PR card, it is advisable not to travel outside of Canada. You might have a problem re-entering CANADA.

My company submitted a non-Express Entry permanent residence application on my behalf through their representative. I currently rely on the representative to check the status of my application. Is there any way for me to personally track the status without going through the representative each time?
Additionally, if I need to submit any documents or updates to IRCC, am I permitted to do so directly, or must all submissions go through my authorized representative?

I applied on August 15th and received Pre-Arrival services and my medical passed on CGKey today, May 12th. Slowly, but it is moving. Let's keep our hopes high!

Another disheartening thing is that I think the August spreadsheet is not really updated anymore, there seems to be a lot more updates from what I read in forums for August applicants than in that sheet.
They were just worried about getting AOR after that nobody really updated it . Atleast they should update otherwise don't make any spreadsheet .
We can't even do anything about it losing hope everyday
Raman u need to understand that nothing is in our control. We have to wait. We are all sailing in the same boat. Leave things on god and stay calm. Panicking will worsen it. Just a sister to sister say!

Everyone in this forum has experienced the same thing. I have spent sleepless nights checking GCKey for updates, sometimes every hour. Nothing helped, so I finally stopped worrying and checking. You will get an email whenever there is an update. Please note that the overall processing time is around 21 months, though it might not take that long. Expect AOR within 5-6 months (standard) and around 5-7 months after that to get your PR. Some people might clear certain stages like BIL or medical early, but get stuck at others, so the average time is nearly the same (except in a few cases). We have all struggled hard and are desperately waiting for PR for a bright future. Despite what others may say, we will certainly get what we deserve. Stop worrying and be patient......your PR is on its way. All the best
Current processing time is 20 months right now and I'm in 23 months, 17 days only because of SS!
I advice Ramankaur to stop checking the gckey or tracker.
We can do nothing in this situation, even writ of mandamus not gonna work for everyone!
