Once your application is returned, you get back in queue again from scratch. So yes you have to wait again for another few months.Thank you. I have just submitted, do i have to wait another 4 months for an AOR?
You should download form , fill online and then print and hand sign it and upload to GC key or send it through webform . Make sure you don’t leave anything blank and put NA . Also don’t leave any gaps .Hello again @Miss bee
I received additional documents request for me and my husband today on October 23 to be sent to IRCC within a week. It includes IMM5562, Separate Updated Schedule A IMM 5669 and Separate IMM5406 bearing original signatures. Does that mean we have to print the form and fill in with our handwriting and then sign or we have to fill it using the computer and then print and just originally sign in the end.
Also, they have requested an employment letter stating that I am employed in Canada for a specified period of time by that company with my name and details of my employment with pay stub. I work with province on a full time regular job. I am confused what should be included on the employment letter and what is meant by being employed for a specified period of time by that company and details of employment. Does it mean job duties?
If i need to upload a new police clearance , how can i submit to IRCC after i already submitted my application?Once your application is returned, you get back in queue again from scratch. So yes you have to wait again for another few months.
If your application is returned, you have to resubmit it again . They won’t reconsider your application. It’s wastage of time . You have to resubmit application with proper documentation. If you remove that child from application, he won’t be able to sponsor him in future. Also removing child from application is considered as misrepresentation which is hiding information from CIC . So removing is not good option.Hello @Miss bee I have an urgent and critical situation, hopefully, you can give me some insight here from your knowledge.
I have received the AOR (applied on June 6th) - It says that my application is *incomplete* because my husband has a child in his home country who lives with her mother and will NOT be coming to PR but, I've added him in the profile because in the future we may be able to sponsor. Since the letter says that the application is incomplete and the processing fee will be returned, is there anything that I can do to not lose the momentum? Can I just send the birth certificate, and photos and ask for a review? Or should I remove him from the application and request a review?
As your application does not meet the requirements of R 10 of IRPA, it is considered incomplete and is being returned to you along with your processing fee. A copy of your application has not been retained.
Thanks for your support here.
You can use webform to submit . Instead of application number, you can use UCI number to send webform .If i need to upload a new police clearance , how can i submit to IRCC after i already submitted my application?
Job letter should include.Hello @Miss bee

You can edit same application. Make sure you change all dates to current one on all forms . Those documents are mandatory and you have to provide following documents. If you can’t edit application, you should try different browsers and clearing cookies of browser. Thanks, @Miss bee do I need to create a new application or should I add the birth certificate and photo of the child to the same profile?
Also, I am trying to edit all of the forms again, but it keeps saying that the forms are incomplete. Not sure what to do, I am in a dead-end loop. The child is also 14 years old. And the child is not present in all of the forms. The letter I got from the IRCC highlighted only the photos and birth certificate:
Please provide the following supporting documents/information to include your child in your application for permanent residence:
· - Revised IMM 0008 --> This has been already updated and it shows it is with a "complete" status.
· - Revised IMM 5562 (if child is 18 or older) --> The child is not added as a person to fill out any form here, he is 14 years old. The form keeps the "incomplete" status.
For XXX
· - Schedule A (if child is 18 or older)
· - IMM 5406 (if child is 18 or older)
· - Photographs
· - Birth Certificate
· - Passport, if accompanying
· - Fees, if accompanying
· - Any applicable Police certificates
· - Schedule A (if child is 18 or older)
· - IMM 5406 (if child is 18 or older)
Thanks for the help here.
ADR can be asked anytime when your application is being processed. PAL is just that you passed eligibility and doesn’t mean that they can’t request any further documents.Any chance IRCC may ask for ADR after PAL?
