I applied on March 28 still haven't received it. If luck is on our side, we should get it sometime next week or it could take more time.

I am in the March 2024 WhatsApp group, and they got to March 27 yesterday.

I submitted my PR application (under PNP) on May 30 and then realized that I forgot to include my daughter, who is a Canadian citizen, on the additional family information form. I don't expect to receive AOR until mid-September, should I submit a Web Form to notify IRCC?

Just wait till you get AOR. Once you get it , fill form again and send it through webform. No impact on anything. Right now your application is mot not in system yet.
