Just to clarify, have you received your OINP nomination yet? Because from your post you said you "got NOI from OINP( ISS )". Then you "applied to IRCC using the Non- EE PR portalhttps://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login on 24 August 2023." So, I presume that you already received your nomination.

The OINP ISS nomination comes with a work permit support letter, which you can use to apply for a closed work permit, even if you haven't received AOR yet for your Federal PR application.

Yes, I did work permit support letter but as I said my work permit expires in September 2024 and the work permit extension letter I got will get expired in 6 months from the date of nomination( which is already expired by now) I have raised multiple webforms to ask the same question but did not get a Yes/No response.

I received this message in my gc key today " Final decision - December 20, 2023:Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made. " Does anybody has any idea how long does it take to get final decision after this?

It takes around 1-5 months for issuing AOR . Keep checking your email. Right now they are sending AOR for end of july and August applications.

I got my AOR within 20 days for BC PNP and applied in March end. But these days it's taking months.

Depends on SVO I guess. I've been waiting for about 3.5 weeks.
