It depends how long your security clearance take.In some cases it take few days and for some months. In my case security start to ecopr took 10 days.

Not for the Federal component of the program, but potentially for the province depending on the immigration stream you're under. Check with the province.

I paid RPRF(Right to permanent residence fee) 2 weeks ago it’s still showing “We need additional documents to process your application” In the Gckey Should I call IRCC to provide them with my receipt number so they can link the payment with my application or should I just wait?

IS OK TO CALL BUT THE AGENT WILL NOT HELP IT IN FAST TRACKING THE APPLICATION THEY WILL JUST TELL YOU THAT ITS BEEN ATTACHED AND WAIT FORTHE OFFICER TO OPEN YOU FILE..JUST BE PATIENCE NO NEED TO HURRY THE MORE YOU HURRY THE MORE YOU PRESSURE AND THE MORE YOUR FILES PROCESSING TIME WILL BE LONGER. SINCE YOU PROVIDED ALREADY ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS WAIT,PRAY,BELIEVE AND HAVE A LOT OF PATIENCE IT WILL APPROVE SOON
