It can be good sign however medical request doesn’t means anything positive. It’s just general request . If your dependent meets all requirements and have a solid proof of visitor visa , then application will be approved and again depends on visa officer.

I applied in Aug in Non express entry but till now i haven't recieved any update neither did i get any update on my Wp extension file .

Too early for AOR . You can expect anything end of December or maybe January. AOR is taking 3-4 months these days .
For work permit processing times are really high from inside Canada.

2 concerns that I want to check on for my AOS PR application. I submitted the application on September 2 for reference.

Under the confirmation of application I obviously submitted my Alberta Opportunity Stream nomination but it's password protected and I couldn't extract it so that you could view it without the password (nor add a letter of explanation for what the password is

On the travel documents & passport I was unable to attach more than my profile passport. I have included in the application that I travelled to many places. I have a picture of each page of the passport on me but I couldn't attach and again like the above never attached an explanation.

Is this a problem? Should I submit a webform request with the details to cover myself?

Yes, submitting a webform to clarify these points could help avoid potential issues. Again depends on application doing your R10 completeness check to accept it or not . Your application might be returned.
1. Password-Protected Document: Mention in the webform that the Alberta Opportunity Stream nomination document is password-protected and provide the password for IRCC to access it.
2. Additional Passport Pages: Explain that you’ve traveled to multiple places, have photos of each page, but were unable to attach these due to file limitations. Offer to provide the additional pages if needed.Adding this clarification through the webform shows diligence on your part and may help avoid delays or requests for additional documents later.

Hi Miss Bee i hope your sunday is going great! I just need a clarification if you dont mind. In pnp nomination, does RESTRICTIONS ON EMPLOYMENT mean that your pnp is tied to a job and if it stated as no then you should be good?

Hello, I have submitted my Non EE PR file recently, It was based on Rural renewal Alberta PNP. My PGWP expiring in March,2024. Based on current time taking to get an AOR, I feel it will be 50/50 that i will get my AOR before my work permit expires And I can apply for BOWP. Just considering if Employer will not help me to get Closed WP by submitting LMIA-exempt Job offer, What are other choices I have to extend my WP or maintain Stay? Please guide me.

Yes if there is employer restrictions Yes they it’s tied to your job.
